Dog adoptions are $95.00 which includes Spay/Neuter, vaccinations if old enough and IAMS Gift pack. Cat adoptions are $50.00 which includes Spay/Neuter, vaccinations if old enough and IAMS Gift Pack. In the event that the animal is too young for a Rabies shot, the fees are reduced $6.00. ALL animals are to be altered before leaving the shelter.

In the event that the adoptee has to drive a long distance to adopt a pet and does not want to return to the Clay County Humane Society, they may choose your pet online and pay for them by paying through PayPal. The fee for puppies will be $95.00 and the fee for Kittens will be $50.00. These fees do not include Rabies or a Micro Chip. However they do include Spay, Neuter and Vaccinations. We will have your pet Spayed or Neutered the Friday of the adoption. You will be able to pick up your pet on Saturday during the hours of 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
